Beliefs (part 3)

What couple do you admire as having the most incredible relationship of all the couples you know?      Ask them if you could take them to dinner and get some advice and then ask them about their beliefs concerning love, relationships, marriage, serving others, etc.  

Put your notes from the “interview” here and begin adopting those beliefs if they will empower you to have a similar marriage. Search for references in your past that back up the beliefs. Be sure to ask the couple how they formulated those beliefs and their answers will be new references (legs for the table top “idea” to make it a “belief”) for you. (By the way, they initially may not be able to tell you why they believe that, so ask questions like “How do you know…(insert the belief)” and “What had to happen in your life to cause you to believe that so strongly”).

Do this with people you admire in business, your faith, etc.
